Agreement to These Terms

These terms explain how LDR works with customers and what customers can expect when placing an order.

By placing an order, confirming the agreed requirements, or proceeding with payment after being given the applicable terms, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read and understand these conditions and agree to follow them.

For custom development, the approved technical specification defines the agreed scope of work. For accounts and other products, the applicable listing and written order confirmation define the agreed specifications and warranty. For promotion services, the confirmed order details define the agreed scope and deliverables.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require an additional payment and a revised delivery estimate. Warranty claims and requests for other remedies will be assessed under the applicable policy and the agreed order conditions.

We aim to resolve order-related issues directly and fairly. Customers are encouraged to contact @ldr_studio first so that we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
