1. Who we are​

This bot is operated by LDR. Contact: @ldr_studio.

2. What data we collect​

  • Your Telegram account data: user ID, username, first name and language setting.
  • Whether you are subscribed to our news channel (checked to give you access).
  • Your requests and orders: the item, your answers to the order questions, comments, and messages you exchange with us in the bot.
  • Payment data: the chosen payment method, amounts, invoice details and the transaction ID (TXID) you send us. We do not receive or store bank card details, wallet keys or seed phrases.
  • Your bot balance and its history, and referral data (who invited you).

3. Why we use it​

  • To process your requests, payments and deliveries.
  • To verify crypto payments on the public blockchain.
  • To provide support and send you updates about your requests.
  • To prevent fraud and keep financial records.

4. Who we share it with​

  • Telegram - the bot works through Telegram.
  • Public blockchain services - we look up the TXID you send to confirm the payment.
  • If you choose escrow payment, you contact the escrow yourself; we only prepare the deal details for you to send.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it​

We keep request, payment and balance records as long as needed for accounting, refunds and dispute resolution. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 6 months.

6. Your rights​

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep, by writing to @ldr_studio. Records of completed payments may be kept where required.
