Terms & Conditions - Promotion Services

These terms apply to promotion and marketing services ordered from LDR.

1. Order Scope

The scope of each promotion order is defined by the product or service description and the details confirmed in writing before payment.

Depending on the order, the agreed scope may specify the platform, quantity, target criteria, campaign details, delivery format, or other requirements. Customers should make sure that all essential requirements are clearly stated and confirmed before the order begins.

Requests that are not included in the confirmed scope may require an additional fee and an updated delivery estimate.

2. Delivery Time

Promotion services usually take approximately 1.5 weeks, depending on the order volume, target criteria, service type, and other requirements.

This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing. More complex or larger orders may require additional time.

If the order requires a material change to the agreed criteria or scope, the delivery estimate may need to be revised. Any additional work or fee should be agreed with the customer before it begins.

3. Results and Expectations

LDR will work according to the deliverables and requirements confirmed for the order. However, unless a specific measurable result has been expressly agreed in writing as a deliverable, promotion services do not guarantee:

  • Sales, revenue, or profit.
  • A specific number of customers, leads, or conversions.
  • A particular level of engagement or audience response.
  • Continued visibility, reach, or performance on a third-party platform.
  • Long-term retention of followers, views, or other platform-dependent metrics.

Results can be affected by audience behaviour, platform algorithms, competition, account settings, third-party policies, and other factors outside LDR's control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate campaign details and target criteria.
  • Supplying the materials, permissions, and access that were agreed as necessary for the service.
  • Ensuring that supplied content and instructions comply with applicable laws and the relevant platform's rules.
  • Reviewing and approving any requirements that need confirmation before work begins.
  • Informing LDR promptly if important campaign details change.

LDR may pause work if required information, access, approvals, or materials are missing. Any resulting delay may affect the estimated completion time.

5. Changes to an Order

Changes to the platform, target audience, volume, campaign criteria, materials, or other agreed requirements after work has begun may affect the price, feasibility, and delivery time.

LDR will explain any material change to the price or timeline before carrying out the additional work. Additional work will not be treated as included in the original price unless it was part of the confirmed scope.

6. Payments

Payments are processed manually. Work begins after the order details have been confirmed and payment has been verified, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Customers should follow the payment instructions provided for their order. If a payment is delayed or cannot be identified, contact @ldr_studio with the relevant transaction details.

7. Escrow Orders and Fees

Where an order is agreed to be processed through escrow, the payment breakdown will be provided before the transaction proceeds.

  • Order price: The price of the promotion service.
  • LDR service fee: An additional fee of 15% of the order price for orders processed through escrow.
  • Total payable to LDR: The order price plus the LDR service fee.
  • Escrow provider fee: Paid separately by the customer directly to the escrow provider. It is not included in the order price or the LDR service fee.

The escrow provider's fee and terms are separate from LDR's fees. The escrow provider and transaction details must be agreed and confirmed before payment.

8. Delivery Review and Claims

If you believe that the service has not been delivered according to the confirmed scope, contact @ldr_studio and provide your order details and relevant evidence.

LDR will review the claim against the agreed deliverables and the work completed. If a shortfall within the agreed scope is confirmed, LDR may offer corrective work, completion of the outstanding deliverables, or another appropriate remedy agreed with the customer.

A difference between expected business results and actual results is not, by itself, proof that the agreed service was not delivered.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation may not be possible after work has started, particularly where time, resources, or third-party services have already been committed to the order.

Cancellation and refund requests are assessed individually based on the order status, work already completed, agreed deliverables, and applicable rights that cannot legally be excluded. No provision in these terms removes any mandatory rights or remedies available to the customer.

10. Support

For order questions, delivery updates, or claims, contact @ldr_studio. Please include your order details and a clear description of your request so that it can be reviewed efficiently.
